Consultation is by appointment only. We appreciate your time is valuable and attempt to run on schedule but there will be times when emergencies occur and cause unpredictable delays.
To assist the doctor to run on time, our reception staff may ask the nature of your problem. As a rough outline the adjacent time frames are recommended for appointments.
Medical resources are limited so we ask that you try to plan your appointment in advance. It is important to write questions down that you may have for the doctor. If you think you need to cover several issues then ask to make a longer appointment for the doctor. The receptionist will always be able to advise you if you need a longer appointment. Please do not let your scripts run out before you make an appointment to see the doctor. There will also be times that the doctor may need a few appointments to sort out your problems.
We also ask that you ring up to cancel your appointment if you cannot make it. Please do not leave it to the last minute as someone else could make use of that precious time. A cancellation fee may be incurred for late cancellations or if you fail to attend your appointment.
